These are before and after Breast Augmentation Pictures of a 37-years-old Hispanic woman from Los Angeles, CA. Prior to her breast implant placement surgery she was very unhappy with how her breasts had changed and become saggy and loose after having had 3 pregnancies.She wanted to regain the breast fullness and shape that she enjoyed prior to her pregnancies. She decided to go with 425cc round smooth moderate profile saline Mentor implants. Her implants were place under the pectoral muscle which gave her more natural looking breast implants, this technique will also benefit her in any future mammogram she may have. After her plastic surgery she has dramatically improved the appearance of her breast, she is very pleased with her final results and feels that going with Dr. Younai was the best decision she had made for herself.
